Terms of service

These terms apply to work carried out by Manchester Plumbers. By booking us you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us before work begins.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this site are indicative guides. A firm price is given once we have assessed the job and is agreed with you before work starts. If additional work is needed, we will stop and get your agreement before continuing.

Gas work

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in line with current regulations. We will not work on any gas installation we consider unsafe without first making it safe and advising you.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. Parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, third-party interference, or pre-existing problems we advised you about.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For larger installations we may ask for a deposit toward materials, which will be set out in your quote.

Cancellation

You can cancel or rearrange a booked appointment by giving us reasonable notice. For planned installations, cancellation after materials have been ordered may incur a charge for those materials.
